Bespoke Interior Design
Our interiors, be it kitchens, bedrooms or bathrooms are based on a very simple principle. We engage with our clients and let them have a large say in how things are done, we ask our clients to be involved from the very beginning of the process. Using these principles means that when we get to the manufacturing and installation process we can allow the professionals the time and space to work towards our ultimate goal, that every Sculleries kitchen is a unique marriage between client and designer and we have created a finish which is second to none.
In terms of materials to be used we are almost too flexible, woods in Natural Native , American wide grained, European light and that’s just Oak!, others include Walnut, Ash, Cherry, Maple, Birch, Beech, etc . Our Hand Painted furniture is prepared then painted in your home to the colour of your choice.
As an independent company we have Appliance partnerships with all of the major brands including Gaggenau, Sub Zero & Wolf, Lacanche, Bora, Miele, Siemans and many more. The point of choosing the relevant appliance is just as important as the rest of the project and we will always explain what we think is right for you and the room.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
In the first stages, we would undertake a design consultation with you either in person or over the phone. We would use the information gathered to establish your goals and aspirations for your new space.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
Once sizes have been established by a home visit or via information gathered by the projects architects. We will begin drawings and work closely with you to established the right materials, hardware and overall finishes to help us portray an accurate visual of how your project will look.
PRICING
Our kitchens start from £35,000 (includes cabinetry, hardware, appliances, worktops, installation and hand painting).
Timing
From the start point at which we plan, elevation drawings and project order are signed off, please allow for a minimum of 8 weeks until installation commences.
SPECIFICATION
At this point we will provide a full site survey to determine site conditions to ensure the longevity of our cabinetry in the given space and to check final sizes before production. We will also at this point go into further details on the finer finishes.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In terms of project management and content of works we can do as little or as much as the client requires.
We frequently remove walls, apply for planning, install with all trades including plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting and decorating to name a few and we regularly manage all aspects of a project and in many cases multi room projects. We also work closely with professional contacts such as interior designers and architects.
INSTALLATION
During this time we work in hand with builders, architects, interior designers and yourselves. To ensure your kitchen is everything you dreamed of. We help troubleshoot and solve bumps along the way to provide a smooth, seamless experience.
